Food is something that doesn’t only feed our body but also feeds our skin. The kind of food we eat and the nutrients we gain through that food is reflected on our skin. This is because the vitamins and minerals which we gain from the food work like magic on our body and all parts of the body. Skin is one of the parts of the body. Healthy food is the key to keep the skin happy. The better food we eat better is the health of our skin.

Our eating habits have a great importance in our body and so it is suggested to eat food accordingly. The serums, skin creams and facial kits can be used less if we work on our eating habits. Today I will be providing you information regarding such foods that can keep your skin healthy.

1. Nuts- The omega-3 fatty acids present in the nuts like walnuts, almonds help in managing stress. Vitamin B is also present in these nuts which help in reducing wrinkles, and other signs of ageing. Green Tea- Green tea is enriched with antioxidants which relax the body and fights with various problems of skin like skin inflammation, skin cancer, etc. The polyphenols like flavonoids and catechins act as strong antioxidants. Green tea also provides various minerals to our body. Sun damage is also reduced by consuming green tea. Make a habit of drinking green tea daily and make your skin happy!
