Effective ways to heal cracked heels!

Our body has unique ways of telling that we are not taking enough care of it. Cracked heels are one of the signs that tell something is not right with the way we treat our body. Our body needs a lot of attention and with these symptoms we should understand that it is high time we start taking proper care of the body. Cracked heels say a lot about the negligence you show towards handling your feet. 1. Milk- Milk can repair your damaged feet to a large extent. The process might take few days to repair your heels. The lactic acid and vitamin A content of milk provides healthy glowing skin. The amazing formula of milk nourishes the feet and takes away the dryness. It also discards the dead skin cells.
How to use- Mere application of milk will not help in healing the feet. It is better to create a foot mask or soaking liquid for the feet at home. To do the same take some warm milk in a foot soaking vessel. Now add some water to it. Add few drops of baby oil or coconut oil to this mixture. Soak your feet in this liquid for about 15 minutes. Take a pumice stone and very lightly remove the dead skin cells. Make sure you rub very gently and do not end up hurting yourself. Wash with clean water. Apply a moisturiser or body butter cream for deep conditioning. With the use of such natural skin care products, you can easily cure your cracked heels.

2. Lemon Juice- This liquid has many ultimate benefits. Other than skin lightening effects, it can also keep away bacterial infections away from the feet. And it also works wonderfully well in cleaning the feet and healing the cracked heels.
How to use- Take few drops of lemon juice in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of Vaseline to this juice. Add few drops of water to this mixture. Mix it properly so that it turns into a paste. Now soak your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes. Pat dry and apply this paste on cracked heels and let it remain for 10 minutes. The paste gets absorbed into the skin and relieves the feet of cracks. Do this daily before going to bed. You will notice the change in few days.

3. Honey- Honey has a lovely effect on the cracked skin. It has the ability to capture moisture in the skin and nourish the skin. It is always suggested to people with dry and damaged skin. So it is a great option for curing cracked heels.
How to use- Take some warm water in a foot soaking basin. Now mix some honey in this water. Stir properly so that honey gets mixed in water. Soak your feet in this water for few minutes. Scrub the dirt and dead skin with the help of a pumice stone gently. Wash your feet with plain water. Pat dry and apply moisturiser.
